Practice accessing SOFI with one of the account options below, or use "Guest or Anonymous" to submit in any facility
- To submit as a Frontline User: Username = UCLAFRONTLINE
- To review events as a Back-end User: Username = UCLABACKEND
- To review as a back-end Investigator: Username = UCLAINVESTIGATOR
- Password for all = Safety1!
